Guess who's sick.....once again...guess who's sick...an old friend...guess who's sick...guess who'sick.....

I am really sick and I hate it!!!!! I don't even know if I have the flu or a cold...al I know is that I sick and the temperature in Dallas is not helping. First freezing, then cold, and now HOT!!! I went to target to buy something to help me feel better but it is not working.........

I hope I get better soon!!!!

It is finally COLD in Dallas!!!! Woo Hoo!!!!!! It is 59 F and it could not get better. I love the weather!!!!!!!!

Cool....Like I mentioned before.....I am citizen now. It took me two years and  four hours to get the certificate. It was all well worth it!!!!! I took the oath in which to my full capcity give up any citizenship for another country along with my fidelity and believes for another country. I took this oath very seriously since this is something I wanted to for a oong time. The only bad thing is that I had to give up my certificate 30 min after I got it. I went to get my passport so they took it away. I should get it back within 8 weeks along with the passport. This is awesome!!!

I finally had some fun at UTD this weekend. I went to the homecoming dance with some friends. We all dressed up and walked out of my friends apartment just to be ruined (hair do's) with the freaking stong wind that has been attacking Dallas. We got to the Student Union (the place where the party took place) and it was very empty. Later we found out that the casino night and the dance were in a different part of the place. We spent all night gambling and dancing like good girls....lol....:-P  I only lost twice out of all the time I was there. I am so ready for Vegas now....:-P

Well, one of the greatest days of my life will be here soon. Tomorrow....Wednesday 17, 2007....I will become a proud Citizen of the United States of America. I will have my oath at 6:30 am (which I am not very happy about, but who cares). I can not wait since I have been waiting for this for so long. Well...until next time. Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Autumn.......!!!!!!!   Finally the cool temperatures are getting to visit Dallas. The weather in the morning has been GREAT for the past two days. I hope it stays like this for a while and then WINTER!!!!!!!! If the heat comes back.....I will.......have to put up with it again :-P I am so happy for three reasons......1) the weather is GREAT.......2) Something great will happen soon......3) my application for the JAMP program (read previous post) is in process!!!! The director of the Pre Med students is helping me out and I finally got to apply. Kudos to Dr. Wright!!!!

I am applying for a great program called JAMP which pays for two years of Undergraduate school and four years of medical school. Could this get any better???? or worst????? Well......it got worst!!!!!!!! I have everything ready for the freaking thing, but........my financial aid records show that I am "rich". Yeah, right..I wish I was!!!!! This is making me so mad because this is the greates opportunity in the world and it is flying away from my hands into the hands of my enemies (literally). I am so mad!!!!! I can prove this program that I am poor since I am debt paying for college. I hate financial aid....they have ruined the best opprtunity in my life!!!!!!!!!!

PS. 9 days until a great thing happens to me!!!!

Three things only:

3) Something extremely GREAT will happen to me next Wednesday at 6:30 am!!!! I am so HAPPY and I will let y'all know about it as soon as it happens.

Since I have suffering a bit in organic chemistry I decided to go visit my high school chemistry teacher. I have already visited my high school like a million times before, but this time it was different. Everyone welcomed me like if it was the first time after two years that I visited. It was weird because I have been there many times already. I had so much fun with all my former teacher (one in particular :-P). I am sorry I have not been able to post or comment in mo'time. I have attacked by the enemy (tests and more tests) and I don't have much time. I miss you all so much!!!! Thanks for all the comments!!!

U. S. Department of Education and McDonalds team up to distribute maps through Happy Meals

In an effort to fill the geographical gap, as well as the stomachs, of America’s youth, the U.S. Department of Education and McDonald’s are campaigning to teach the children of America where exactly America is. Based on the urgent issue brought up by Miss Teen USA South Carolina, the team is using Happy Meal boxes as a sort of “square globe,” hoping that, within the year, all American children will be able to locate the United States, the Africa, and the Iraq. Whether or not the children will begin to think that the Earth is a cube is yet to be determined.
